Tongren Industries and Trading Co., Limited. is located in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, within the Yangtze River Delta economic zone. The company was restructured from a former state-owned enterprise into a joint-stock, specialized cast-iron manufacturer, with its core workforce and technical staff boasting 30 years of combined production experience.
In recent years, to meet the demands of expanding into international markets, the company has hired experts from Japan and Germany as consultants, providing essential technical and managerial support that has significantly enhanced the quality of our products.
The company primarily focuses on producing small to medium-sized castings ranging from 0.2 kg to 2,000 kg, using materials such as various grades of gray iron, ductile iron, and alloyed cast irons. Our product portfolio includes pipe fittings, housing components (made from gray cast iron), end caps (also gray cast iron), bases (gray cast iron), motor accessories (ductile iron), pump housings (ductile iron), machined parts, and more. With an annual production capacity of 2,500 metric tons, we are equipped with three 0.75-ton electric furnaces, one 5-ton furan self-hardening sand production line, and one Japanese Shindo clay sand molding line—each backed by complementary machinery like thermal core boxes and shot blasting systems. Our products encompass a wide range of applications, including cast iron parts, small-to-medium-sized castings, ductile iron components, machined parts, and castings for industries such as pumps and valves, machine tools, textile machinery, motors, automotive, and construction. Beyond the domestic market, our castings are predominantly exported to regions like the United States, Germany, Japan, and Spain.
To ensure casting quality, we extensively utilize pre-furnace rapid analyzers, carbon-sulfur analyzers, ultrasonic flaw detectors, molding sand testers, and spectral analyzers throughout our production process. These tools help maintain both process stability and product quality, enabling us to meet customer expectations and firmly uphold our business philosophy: "Customer needs are our ultimate goal."
